DISTRIBUTION: This wonderful villa is the perfect place for your holidays, as everything is situated all on one floor for greater comfort; the upper floor is closed off. We will find in this cosy Villa 3 rooms, two double beds and the third room with two single beds and two bathrooms. The sunny living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, which opens onto the beautiful terrace partially covered with table, chairs and armchairs with views over the Peñón de Ifach and the pool. In this comfortable and cheerful environment we can spend a lovely time, enjoying our breakfasts and quiet evenings watching the television, watching DVDs or listening to music from the HIFI chain.

EXTERIOR: We can enjoy the different sunny terraces that overlook the beautiful private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers to take advantage of the magnificent sun of our Costa Blanca and use the umbrellas as well as an outdoor shower. The different trees and shrubs around the villa give freshness and privacy perfect for relaxing. The villa has a fantastic barbecue area on the terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy delicious meals or dinners, surrounded by our friends and family under the nice lights of the garden.

LOCATION: Thanks to the parking inside the plot of the villa, it will be very easy to take the car and reach in just a few minutes, or on foot if you wish, the splendid beach of fine sand of La Fosa, awarded with Blue Flag, together with its lively promenade, and the wonderful bars and restaurants that surround the beach where we will enjoy to the maximum of wonderful evenings of our vacations.
