The three bedrooms have access to a terrace with wonderful views of the natural park of the Rock of Ifach and Calpe town. On the main floor at pool level, you have a large space composed of a games room, main lounge with leather sofas, a elegant and exquisite dining room, a reading room and a large kitchen fully equipped with a traditional design. All these areas have access to the garden area. 

EXTERIOR: From the house we access the pool area through large glass doors. There we find a wonderful swimming pool area decorated with tasty garden furniture. A spacious and fascinating barbecue area that has a fully equipped kitchen, with wooden table and chairs, where we can enjoy poolside dining time. From the kitchen and main floor there's also access to a covered terrace, ready for family or friends´meals. The villa's entrance has covered and open parking space for several vehicles.

LOCATION: Quiet and discreet, this charming villa is a great way to spend some time relaxing in this wonderful place of the Mediterranean area. It is located in a residential area of Calpe, 10 minutes from the town and its magnificent sandy beaches.
