The living room is very spacious and bright thanks to its spectacular windows overlooking the sea, with air conditioning, iron fireplace and very exclusive furniture that together with the architecture of the villa and details, like the windows, give a unique feeling. Next to the living room there is an additional living room with air conditioning.
EXTERIOR: The villa has an enclosed plot with an area of 1200m2 with beautiful flower boxes with different types of plants, access to the villa is through an automatic gate where you will find an open parking area for the vehicles. In front of the villa is the beautiful oval shaped pool and the wide open terraces with direct sea view also to places like the tip of Moraira and the beautiful natural park of the Rock de Ifach. It also has a covered terrace where the summer kitchen and dining room are located.
LOCATION: Placed in a quiet street on Benissa Coast (Costa Blanca), close the "Fustera"-Bay and just 150m away from the Mediterranean Sea, a privileged situation from which to contemplate the coast all the way from Moraira coast to Calpe. Within a radius of 1 km are fabulous restaurants of a wide variety of cuisines and shops.
