LAYOUT: This beautiful 465 m2 villa is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase. The main level of the property at the pool level. We will finda large bright room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a central island with ceramic hob and a dining table for 8 people. Right next to the kitchen we will encounter a spacious and comfortable living room with a large sofa set and television. This wide space leads onto the pool terrace and the garden through the  large glass windows. This floor also has three beautiful bedrooms, all of them with double beds, one of them with access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.On the same level there is another complete bathroom with a shower as well as a courtesy toilet. On the lower floor we will find a large living room with a large television, hi-fi system, a sofa and a ping pong table. We will find the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and the last bathroom..

We will access the villa through some steps. We will find the lovely well-kept garden with natural grass, palm trees, as well as various plants.
