LAYOUT: The TUAMOTU villa is truly majestic with an elegant Mediterranean construction style. The villa is spread over two floors. We access the property through a large main entrance with a sofa and a guest toilet to our left. The decor is sumptuous, with statues, mirrors and frames that perfectly decorate the space. Next we find the main living room made up of two classic-style sofas together with a wooden coffee table. From the same room we will have magnificent views. Near this room we will find another living room consisting of three 3-seater sofas each, two armchairs and a coffee table. In this part of the villa you will also find the first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Thus, there is also a courtesy bathroom in the hall of the villa. In the next room we will find a room consisting of a table and chairs for all guests with a magnificent classic decoration. The kitchen, with great views, is located in the middle of the ground floor. It has all the elements and appliances necessary to prepare fantastic meals. Next, we access the third living room on this floor, a bar to share a drink with high chairs, two armchairs with a coffee table between them, a small sofa and at the end of the room, a glass dining table with magnificent views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Throughout this room, the large windows allow a lot of light to enter the villa and enjoy a few moments that will remain in the memory. Climbing the stairs next to the entrance, we will reach the upper floor where we will find the remaining bedrooms. As soon as we go up, we will find a first bathroom with a shower. Just below is the first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Continuing down the hall, we will find the third bedroom with two single beds. In this part of the floor, there is a classic style sofa decorated with gold colored mirrors following the same style of the property. Finally, we will find the last bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. It has private access to a living room consisting of two armchairs and a glass coffee table. From this space the town of Calpe can be seen with total clarity. All rooms on this floor have access to a terrace.
EXTERIOR: Access to the villa is impressive. A stone path full of plants and trees typical of the Costa Blanca will lead us to the entrance of the villa. The landscape is divided between the sea and the countryside and this is noticeable from the moment you enter the property. To our right there is a tennis court where we can play magnificent matches under magnificent conditions. Very close to this area there is a small petanque field. At the front is the pool divided into 4 sections. In each of these, the shape of the pool is different ... Three magnificent palm trees bow us and seem to greet the visitor. In this space we will find several hammocks where we can enjoy the magnificent temperatures. There are also several chill out areas, both under the terrace and in the garden. To our right, there is a small outside kitchen with a barbecue and an outside dining table. A few meters away there is an 80s-style bar with high chairs and stunning sea views. Privacy, luxury, comfort, nature and relaxation will be the watchwords of a successful stay in this villa.
