The magnificent pool is large and its location in front of the house makes it very private. On the terrace there is a barbecue area with an outdoor gas Kitchen and tables to enjoy great outdoor meals. One of the terraces on the property grounds has swings for children. The plot has enough space to park several vehicles. Finally also to be pointed out that next to the summer kitchen there is a guest toilet.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Benissa, just 500 m from the sea. Thanks to its good location we can enjoy beautiful beaches and coves of fine sand that are very close. In just six minutes you can be at the Calpe town center where you can enjoy many activities like visiting the natural park of the PEÑÓN of IFACH.
