BEAUTIFUL VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 7 guests.
LAYOUT: Villa Limón is distributed over two floors. We access the ground floor through a hall that gives us access to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Some stairs lead us to the first floor where we will find the dining room, living room and kitchen, located in a spacious and bright space. The living room is made up of a chaise longue style leatherette sofa for 6 people. To our right is the American kitchen with all the necessary equipment for preparing perfect meals. Right in front of both rooms is the dining room formed by a table with chairs and magnificent views of the pool and the surroundings. To our right we will find a bedroom with a double bed and incredible views of the garden. On the other part of the floor are the two remaining bedrooms: one with a single bed and the other consisting of a bunk bed. On this floor we will have at our disposal a bathroom with a shower.
We will also have access to a small building on the other side of the plot where we can use the pool table, punching bag and a small gym.
EXTERIOR: The entrance to the Limón villa is through the large and accessible parking lot. The parking area is common with that of the neighboring villa, but the entrance door is personal and private to the LIMON villa. The villa has a beautiful and large swimming pool, with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Under the porch is the barbecue and a table with some chairs where you can have a drink in summer. Next to it is an outside dining table with seating for all guests. Near this space we find a chill out area where we can enjoy the incredible views and tranquility of this villa with our family and friends.
SITUATION: Villa located in Benissa close to all amenities and a short drive from the beach and the incredible coves in the area.
OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT THE VILLA, POOL TABLE, GYM MACHINE, FREE WIFI. NO PETS ALLOWED.
