MEDITERRANEAN VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 4+2 guests.

DISTRIBUTION: Villa LA MORENA is a mediterranean style villa distributed on two floors. The main entrance gives access to the main floor area where we will find a spacious and comfortable terrace just in front of the main building of the property. This main building offers an ample living room which is complemented with a large modern kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, we will find a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The principal attraction of this villa is its wide outdoor space area, where another terrace is available next to the pool area. We will find sun loungers and parasols , which provide us the possibility to have a great time around the pool all day long . Just right next to the pool, we will see a nice outdoor dining area, complemented with high stools and a fully equipped bar and kitchen with all the necessary tools to prepare meals or have juicy cocktails enjoying the summer weather. To access the lower floor, we will have to take the external stairs. On this floor we will find another apartment with a small living room equipped with a sofa bed , a little kitchen and a bedroom with two individual beds. A small terrace completes this space, ideal for a small family or group of friends.

EXTERIOR: Entering the property from the pedestrian door we will have access to the ample terrace. This very pleasant area with a table and several chairs offers us the possibility of preparing and sharing meals with our loved ones . Opposite to it we will find the swimming pool with sun loungers to relax and enjoy our mediterranean sunny days.  The villa is surrounded by plants, providing us a very private and quiet atmosphere. We will also have space to park one car beside the villa.

SITUATION: Villa LA MORENA is located in the area of Benissa, .This villa is close to the road that lead us to the lovely Cala Fustera beach with little restaurants and a supermarket, we will also be able to visit the Cala Baladrar with a charming “chiringuito” to enjoy our wonderful mediterranean cuisine by the sea.

Beautiful villa very clean comfortable beds big terrace at pool area which we loved. Two separate living areas which really suits families each having bathrooms kitchen TV. A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. Pool was quiet large plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Air con excellent a very spacious villa would return again

We left the holiday house with good memories and an excellent experience. The team of Abahana Villas were very friendly and responsive. For example, on arrival the parasol of the terras was already broken, but was replaced within a day (as promised). One small remark was that the information given at the check-in desk was very minor. No relevant information was given on the house itself or on its location (what to do in the neighbourhood). For example, we had to find out ourselves (by asking the neighbours) what to do with the rubbish. Apparently, there are plenty of rubbish containers alongside the road, but we didn't know that we were allowed to use them. The person at the check-in desk was not sure either and just told us to take the rubbish back home (which is over 1800 km further on) and clearly did not make any sense. Besides, this little detail, the house was great and very clean at arrival. The pictures on Airbnb are perfectly in line with the reality and all the comfort you can imaging is available. The price is also justified by what you get. All in all, a very nice experience with both the Abahana Villas crew as the house (and the region) itself.

La villa esta muy bien, tan solo que la cocina exterior estaba toda por limpiar. El aparcamiento de la villa muy mal ya que metí mi coche pero al salir no pude y me destroce los bajos del coche, gracias a un vecino que me ayudo a sacarlo. Tuve un problema con las llaves así como con la clave wifi, pero la gente de abahama me lo soluciono al instante. Pero estuvimos mi mujer y yo muy a gusto, el lujo de esta villa es el exterior, la cocina, la piscina, las tumbonas....una maravilla, dentro no tiene lujos, pero es agradable. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Un punto en contra es a la hora de tirar la basura, esta muy lejos y no hay muchos contenedores.
