LOVELY HOUSE IN THE COAST OF BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL for up to 8 people.
LAYOUT: This large villa of 250 m2 is distributed on three floors. Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom (shower) and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. On the main floor we have two bedrooms (one with double bed and another one with twin beds) and two en suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). We have a large living room very comfortable with a large sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette. Finally we found a toilet and a covered furnished terrace. The lower level is independent, the access is through an external staircase, it has a bedroom (double bed) and a large en suite bathroom with bathtub.
OUTSIDE: This villa has a large plot of 1700 m2 with a well cared garden. The poos located at the level of the main floor, in this we find the terrace with sunbeds and covered outdoor dining. We have a garage for your car.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Benissa, only 700 meters from the sandy beach. We also found a supermarket and several restaurants at the same distance. On this coast we have a tourist trail, by which we can walk around and see the crystalline water that has this population.
