DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful country villa is distributed on two floors. The main floor consists of a traditional and cosy living room with a table and chairs, sofas and armchairs as well as a beautiful open fireplace. We also find a fully equipped and independent kitchen with a small table for smaller meals. This traditional kitchen is connected to the outside to facilitate the fantastic outdoor dinners that we can enjoy under the clear sky above the Benimarraig field. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower as well as a room with double bed. A beautiful staircase with beautiful traditional tiles will take us to the upper floor where we find three double rooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: This traditional villa is surrounded by nature and a beautiful garden with lawn where you will find sunbeds to enjoy the extraordinary sun of our Costa Blanca on the edge of the beautiful pool with beautiful views over Calpe and its fields. We have a covered terrace with a table and a barbecue to enjoy delicious dinners and meals with family and friends. Between the covered terrace and the lawn there is a large esplanade where children can play in total freedom. Under the shade of beautiful trees we can take refuge from the hot summer days and drink something on the beautiful traditional table of tiles and seats sculpted in stone.
LOCATION: Dominating the Bay of Calpe is this beautiful country villa, located in the Partida de Benimarraig, 15 minutes’ drive from the beach and the town of Calpe with all services such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants, from your terrace and its swimming pool we will be able to admire the marvellous views on the sea of fields vineyards and almond trees, and like protagonist the splendid Rock of Ifach surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea. This Mediterranean villa is perfect to spend a quiet holiday with family and friends, to disconnect from the busy life of the day to day and enjoy the holidays.
