LAYOUT: The villa of 256 m2 is spread over 2 floors communicated by an internal stairway. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds and a cute and confortable living with a sofa bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, radiators and windows with mosquito nets. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with an Italian style shower and in the other one, a bath and an Italian style shower. There is also a fully equipped American style kitchen with high barstools. 

On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an American bar. Next to it, there is a dark wooden colonial living/dining room with touches of African decor. From this floor, one can access a bright covered terrace with impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach. On the same level, there are two beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning, both with single beds and one with an en suite bathroom with an Italian style shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a bath.

EXTERIOR: the plot of 1549 m2 is completely enclosed. The access to the villa is through a sliding door giving way to a covered and an open parking area where several cars can be parked. The swimming pool area is in front of the villa and has ample space on different levels. The sun beds are positioned here so as to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings. There is also a table tennis table. The beautiful garden area is planted out with bushes and trees from the area with African touches giving a pleasant and unique ambiance. On a side of the villa, there is a covered area with an outdoor dining room and a portable BBQ.

SITUATION: The villa is located in the well-known urbanization Baladrar on the Benissa Coast. Its stands out for its situation at only 1100meters from the sea and the beautiful bays of crystal water such as Cala Baladrar. This cala boasts a beach bar where one can enjoy lunches or dinners with live music, or Cala L´ Advocat where one can practise kayaking and snorkelling and also enjoy the outstanding meals made the La Paillotte restaurant. If you prefer the sandy beaches, the Fustera beach is very near. One can practise all kinds of water sports at the Club deportivo Les Bassetes.
