BEAUTIFUL VILLA SITUATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 10 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa CINCO SOLES is distributed on two floors connected by an interior and exterior staircase. The access to the ground floor leads directly to the dining room of the villa with a table for all the guests. The independent kitchen is located to our left and has all the necessary elements and appliances for the preparation of fantastic meals. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a living room with a chaise longue sofa that can accommodate up to five guests, a coffee table and a television. This area also has two armchairs with direct views over the swimming pool, the perfect place to unwind and relax. On this same floor we find the three remaining bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and another one with a bunk bed (a 135x190 bed and a 90x190 single bed). There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. That last one is en suite.

EXTERIOR: The villa CINCO SOLES has several very pleasant outside spaces. On entering the property we will find a large parking area that will allow us to park several vehicles. The swimming pool is on our left and is surrounded by sun loungers. A pergola shelters a large table for ten guests and a barbecue, an ideal place to share meals together and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There is also a very pleasant chill out area that offers a space to relax, to share a drink with friends or family. On the first floor there is a terrace with two chairs and a table overlooking the outside of the villa, ideal for having a coffee and admiring the scenery. The garden is made up of plants and trees typical of the region that offer privacy and freshness to our stay.

SITUATION: The villa is located in BENISSA COSTA, in a very quiet residential area and only a few minutes away from services such as restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The villa CINCO SOLES has an excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach and the countless coves in the area.

OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT THE VILLA, FREE WIFI.

With views and a step away from the paradisiacal El Portet beach. Mix of classic and Mediterranean style with wide spaces and an environment that invites you to relax among palm trees.

Nous avons passé une semaine à la villa CINCO SOLES suite à un problème sur notre location initiale. La villa venait d’être rafraîchie et des odeurs de peinture fraîche étaient encore présentes. On regrette le manque d’espaces extérieurs, et le peu d’ombre autour de la petite piscine, la promiscuité avec les maisons alentour et des sanitaires exiguës et vieillots. Pour le reste la maison reste fraîche avec les Clim mais les équipements (cuisine) pour 2 familles sont encore manquants (1 seul frigo de petite taille pour 9 personnes c’est trop juste). Belle réactivité d’abahanas qui nous a apporté des parasols et 1 second frigo d’appoint.
