REAT VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 14 guests.
LAYOUT: Villa A L’OMBRA is a spacious villa divided in two floors, accessible from the outdoor stairs. Upon entering, we find a dining table, ideal to share meals with friends and family to enjoy the quiet in the villa. Right next, we find a fully equipped kitchen for cooking delicious meals. Next door, we find a small living room with a chaiselongue sofa with a TV and a built-in fireplace. On this first floor we will have access to three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. To climb the upper floor, it will be done through the external staircase. On this floor we will find a kitchenette, a dining room with a table and chairs and two sofas with a TV, suitable for sharing moments with all guests. On this floor we can find the 4 remaining rooms as well as the second bathroom with a shower. On this floor, all bedrooms have a double bed. At the end of the hall, there is a relaxing area to enjoy the weather and silence.
OUTDOOR AREA: Upon entering the villa we will find the private pool and a huge olive tree, from above, it´s possible to enjoy the Mediterranean climate throughout our stay. We will find sunbeds around the pool and three parking places inside the property.
LOCATION:The villa is located in a very nice place, since just a few meters away we find Cala Llobella, Pinets and Advocat, and some minutes driving from restaurants, tennis club, etc.
OTHERS: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN FOUR BEDROOMS
A great capacity on foot from La Llobella and Pinets coves! Among pines and olive trees, a typical house of the area, very cool and great for a group of friends.
