LAYOUT: The recently built ZUNAVA Penthouse is spread over two floors. The construction is a mixture of modernism, in a warm and Mediterranean atmosphere. We take a staircase to access the main building of the property. Access is made directly through this staircase or through the private garage located on the ground floor. When we enter, we have a nice entrance with the kitchen to our left. It is modern and spacious, with all the necessary elements to prepare excellent meals. A large living room, with direct access to the huge private terrace, offers a lot of light and makes this space a very pleasant place. This open space also has a dining table with room for all guests. The master bedroom is to the left of the living room, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the terrace with a private pool. To the right of the front, are the two remaining bedrooms with a double bed each. One of them also has direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower is situated between the two bedrooms. A staircase gives us access to the ground floor where there is a large garage for four vehicles and a room with a washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR: The ZUNAVA Penthouse has a huge terrace with a private pool. The view of the bay of Altea is magnificent. There is also an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs for all guests of the villa. Around the pool there are sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The property offers the same privacy as an independent villa.
