DISTRIBUTION: villa MERCURE is divided in two floors. As soon as we enter in the villa, we will appreciate the impressive views of the villa. The living room has two chaise-longues, the perfect place to enjoy the views. On the right side, we find the full equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. We can access the terrace throught the kitchen. Up the steps, we will access the upper floor where the three bedrooms are located. They are all double bed rooms with private bathroom. We can access the upper terrace from any room.
EXTERIOR: To access to the terrace we should cross the dining room through its large windows. On the left side, will find a chill out area with two sofas and four chairs, suitable for everyone in the villa. On the right side, there is the dining table with table and chairs under a porch where we can enjoy perfect open air meals. Right in front of us, we will find two sunbeds to enjoy the sun in the infinity pool. The pool has the right dimensions for those who like swimming, since it is 20x3 meters. The upper terrace that we will access through the rooms is exactly the same as the chillout area of the lower terrace.
LOCATION: The MERCURE villa is located in the upper part of the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, which ensures perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet area and a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, as well as the villages Benitachell and Moraira.
