GREAT VILLA SITUATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For a up to 10 guests.



DISTRIBUTION: "Bright and renovated Villa with huge capacity and separated floors, perfect for families and closed to the sea side."GREAT VILLA LOCATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. Occupancy up to 10 guests. HOUSE LAYOUT: Villa VISTA MAR, with Mediterranean style, is distributed in two floors: We can access to the ground floor through the pool terrace. Then, we enter through a littl hall that brig us to a spacious living room with sofa, armchair and table for eight people. Right behind, we find an American kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. On this floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and the other one with two single beds and a separate bathroom with an Italian shower. The last bathroom is disable adapted. We can now access to the upper floor from the ouside. On the second floor, similar to the lower floor, also has a big dinning table, sofas and two armchairs, a TV with a small sofa and a separate full equipped kitchen. On this floor there are the three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, two of them with private bathroom. The last bathroom,also with shower, is located right next to the bedrooms.


OUTDOOR AREA: The VISTA MAR villa has several outdoor spaces to enjoy its amazing sea views with Mediterranean breeze. The main terrace has a large table up to 10 guests and an outdoor lounge, ideal to share drinks, with direct access from the living room and is perfect for sharing meals. On the lower terrace, we will find the pool surrounded by sunbeds. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue will delight us with wonderful moments. The garden, with its traditional plants, gives the villa a very sofisticated and natural touch.


LOCATION: VISTA MAR villa is located in a quiet and residential area, with magnificent views, just a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and the charming town of Moraira.

Great location, automatic gates but no button/key to use, so manually had to open which was time consuming. Villa was lovely, well kept band clean and tidy. Kitchens upper and lower both well equipped, bedrooms all have AC, main rooms do not, but spend most time outside. Outside pool and area very good, sun loungers a bit old and tired but ok. Hot plate down stairs not working or maybe no gas, but smaller hot plate upstairs, we’re we tended to eat worked fine, area upstairs great and breezy and view over Moraira amazing. Overall a very good Villa, one or two little touches would have made it amazing. Would I stay agin, definitely. Great stay, great Villa, fantastic time had by all.

Très belle maison et bien située (avec voiture bien entendu). Magnifique piscine (bien entretenue et pisciniste très sympathique). Le lave-vaisselle du rez-de-chaussée lavait une fois sur deux, à réviser. Belle expérience, à recommander.
