LUXURY VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA), with private pool for up to 8 people.
LAYOUT: This magnificent recently built villa is spread over two floors and connected by an internal staircase. On the top floor there is master bedroom, which has a TV, a nice four post wodden bed and a terrace. We also have another double bedroom and a large bathroom with tub and shower. On the main floor, pool level, there's two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with single beds) and two beautiful bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). We also find a fully equipped kitchen with an american fridge. On this floor there are two rooms, one with a large sofa, TV and fireplace, the other, smaller, is adjacent to the kitchen.
EXTERIOR: It has a great plot, which you access by an automatic sliding door, where you find space to park the cars. It has a large terrace with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, and a second covered furnished terrace. The villa has a barbecue area and how forget the most important thing in summer, a great pool.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira (Costa Blanca), just 700 meters from the unique cove El Portet. 1.3 km from the famous town of Moraira, where we can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in all its many restaurants.
