CHARMING AND TRADITIONAL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) for up to 8 people.

LAY OUT: This beautiful villa is distributed on two floors conected by an internal staircase. We will access the villa through the ground floor where we will find a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, with a wood-burning oven perfect for those who love cooking and a wood barbecue to enjoy great meals all together, this kitchen is connected to a living-dining room which is also a covered terrace which has a large table with six seats and another glass table with four seats. This room has two large windows that overlook the beautiful terrace and the garden. It also connects with another living room with a small fireplace and comfortable sofas where we can rest and enjoy the warm sun of our Costa Blanca thanks to its large windows. At this level we will have another living room with a beautiful fireplace, comfortable sofas and a wooden table, which is connected to the main kitchen fully equipped and with elegant wooden decorations. We will also find on this floor a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with shower, this room has a direct access to the living-dining room/terrace mentioned before, there is also another separate bathroom for more comfort with a shower. This whole ground floor is accessible for people with wheelchairs. We will go up to the upper floor thanks to the interior stairs to reach three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the last one with two single beds, finally we will have a bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERIOR: This Mediterranean villa is located on a open plot, we will have access to the villa through the ground floor, we will be able to park our vehicles inside the plot. Exiting the beautiful living-dining room which is a closed terrace, we will reach the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, surrounded by these plants is the large pool of 9x4.5 meters which has a ramp access for greater accessibility, we will find inside the pool a bench next to the water jets. Around the pool we will enjoy the sun loungers to take advantage of the beautiful sun and we will have an outdoor shower for comfort, we will be surrounded by the wonderful views over the countryside and the hills of Teulada.

LOCATION: This charming villa is located on the hills of Teulada, just 11 minutes away by car from the city of Moraira, with its lively mediterranean life, its restaurants, bars, shops, we will also find a Karting center and a tennis club and the fantastic beach of fine sand. Everything we need to make the most of our vacation and enjoy the wonderful peace that the villa offers us.
