This one has three bedrooms with parquet flooring (one with double bed and access to a terrace with views of the entire residence and the other two with single beds and one with access to the terrace). There are also two bathrooms, one with bath and bidet and the other with shower. On the lower floor, a bright living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning, a toilet and a splendid fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. There is also a small dining room from which we access the utility room. This is very convenient as the barbecue is right next door.

EXTERIOR: From the living room you can access through large bay windows a large covered terrace with a dining table and several sofas where you can relax. This terrace gives access to the complex were you have access the large community swimming pool surrounded by grass, palm trees, showers and umbrellas. On the left side there are various paths lined with plants and shrubs that take you to an ​​exercises area and a wooden swing, a court of pádel and to the second pool, which is heated a large part of the year.

SITUATION: This villa enjoys a wonderful and calm setting by being close to the famous village of Moraira (6 minutes by car). In Moraira you will find very good restaurants, supermarkets and various sandy beaches such as La Ampolla, Platgetes or El Portet where you can practice all kinds of water sports and enjoy good paellas by the sea.
