On the upper floor have two bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and one double bed) and two en suite bathrooms (one with shower and bath and one with bath). From the master bedroom of this floor,there's access to a terrace and a solarium.
EXTERIOR: This villa of 270m2 offers a large plot of 1100m2. It has a beautiful garden with palm trees and grass. A large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a magnificent covered terrace. There is a communal tennis court. Enough space to park the cars on the villa's grounds.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira, near the coast where we find numerous coves with crystalline waters. Just steps from the popular town of Moraira and its sandy beach.
