COMFORTABLE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND VIEWS TO THE VILLAGE OF CALPE. For up to 16 guests.
LAYOUT: The SEIS MARES villa offers all possible comforts near the town of Calpe and its leisure areas. Upon entering the property we will find on our left an American-style kitchen with all the necessary elements for the preparation of magnificent meals. Right next to it is the living room, a spacious and bright space made up of three three-seater sofas each and an armchair along with a coffee table and a television. In this same space, there is a large table with capacity for all guests with direct access to the pool area. On this floor there are four bedrooms: two of them with two single beds each; and the other two with a double bed each. On this floor we will have at our disposal a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a toilet. To access the upper floor we will go up the internal staircase. You can also access this floor from the outside. The distribution is very similar to that of the ground floor. In this same house there are the other four bedrooms: three with two single beds each and the other with a double bed with an en suite bathroom. At our disposal we will have a second bathroom with shower as well as a toilet.
EXTERIOR: The SEIS MARES villa has a closed plot and has a very large space to park several vehicles. Access to the pool area can be both from the inside and from the outside scale. The pool, overlooking the town of Calpe, is surrounded by sun loungers to sunbathe. In the other part of the property, we will find an outdoor dining table with capacity for all guests as well as a barbecue area next to a bar to have a cocktail. On the upper floor, we will have access to a small terrace that will give us privacy with a very comfortable outdoor chill out set.
SITUATION: The SEIS MARES villa offers a lot of tranquility, as it is located in a cul-de-sac. In addition, it offers many amenities since it is located a few minutes from the town of Calpe where we will find: restaurants, supermarkets, various activities, etc.
