LAYOURT: This large villa of 300m2 is distributed on two floors, connected by an interior staircase. On the main floor there are three bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and the others with two double beds and two bunk beds) and two bathrooms (both with shower and one of them en suite). The bedrooms have access to a terrace. There is a fully equipped modern independent kitchen and a spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace, which has large windows leading out onto the covered terrace. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. On the ground floor we find the last bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa is built on a large enclosed plot of 3600m2. A well-kept garden with palm trees and trees surrounds this house. We have a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace, furnished, where we can eat sheltered from the intense summer sun. From the terraces we have views of the Mediterranean Sea.
SITUATION: It is located in a quiet urbanization in Calpe, called Carrió Alto. A 5 min drive from the sea and the fine sandy beaches. Not forgetting that in this famous village you can find the natural park of the Peñon de Ifach, which is a must to visit.
