NICE VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, up to 16 people.
LAY OUT : A 254 m2 villa spread over two floors connected by an external staircase. On the main floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the 3 others with two single beds. Next to them we have two bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and the second with shower. There is also a fully equipped and independent kitchen with confortable kitchen worktops. There is a fire place in the living-dining room. On the upper floor we will find 2 more bathrooms (1 with bathtub and the other with shower), 4 beautiful bedrooms (1 with double bed and the 3 others with single beds), another fully equipped and independent kitchen and finally a second living-dining room.
EXTERIOR : The 1108 m2 plot is fenced and closed, we access it through a gate. We can park various vehicles inside the property. All around the villa we will find different kinds of plants and trees. In front of the house is the outside dining table and going down some steps we access to the swimming pool terrace where the sunbeds are. On one side of the house there is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs from which the views to the mountains are wonderful.
LOCATION : This villa is located in a quiet and well located neighbourhood of Calpe. In 6 minutes by car we are in the city centre where we will find all the commodities. Nearby the villa there are some beautiful sandy beaches as well as wonderful coves where we could enjoy our vacation under the sun. For water activities we have the nautical club of Les Bassetes at a few minutes from the villa.
Very highly recommended for its tranquil setting! Fabulous for kids with its large terrace to play on.
