CHARMING VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa decorated in a Mediterranean style has all the rooms on one floor. The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds (two of them have views of the garden and pool) and a nice bathroom with a shower. All rooms have wooden ceiling fans and in the living room there is a large air conditioning unit. The living-dining room, with a built-in fireplace and two comfortable sofas, stands out for being very bright since it has a large window at the back of the garden. The dining room communicates with a fully equipped open kitchen. The interior stands out for its careful Mediterranean style with ceramic earthenware floors, rustic furniture and decoration details dominated by white and soft tones creating a unique harmony.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a small terrace that gives access to the garden as well as a large upper terrace of 70m2 which is accessed via external stairs. This large terrace is used during the day as a solarium with views of the sea and the well-known natural park of Peñón de Ifach. At night, it is used as a chillout area where you can enjoy wonderful evenings enjoying the stars in its sofa area with chaise longue. The garden area has a private kidney shaped pool with artificial grass in front of it with an outdoor dining area furnished with pergola and barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the private pool. The villa has a private parking space in the outdoor area of the plot and another parking space for small cars inside the plot.
SITUATION: Villa Aitana is located within a small urbanization. The villa is 2 KM from several fine sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. At 1 minute there is a bus stop that allows you to move without car to the beaches and the center of Calpe.
