CHARMING RUSTIC VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) for a maximum of 7 people.

LAY OUT: This nice villa is distributed in a single floor. We enter into a bright and warm living/eating room with air conditioning and a lovely big window from where we have access to the terrace, out there we'll find a smart wooden table with six chairs where we can have delicious dinners all together. Next to them there are a couple of very comfortable white skin armchairs with a very nice chimney. This area is connected to an independent and equipped kitchen as well as to the three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, the other one with a bunk and a single one and finally another one with a single bed. On this floor there is an independent bathroom with shower. If we go upstairs we'll find a small living room with a library and a TV..

EXTERIOR: The villa is ideally located in a country area and is surrounded by almond trees and nature. On the outside terrace there is a furnished pergola where we can eat protected from the intense summer sun. On the same terrace are the built-in barbecue as well as the outdoor shower. From the pool we can contemplate the beautiful unobstructed views of the countryside and the mountains, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and tranquility provided by such a peaceful environment. The outdoor space surrounding the villa is huge, we can take a few walks in this magnificent environment. There is enough space on the property's land to park multiple vehicles and there is also a covered car park.

LOCATION: The villa is only 5 minutes far from Benissa where we find all services and amenities. Calpe and Moraira are only 15 minutes driving far from the property. Once in any of these villages we can find amazing sandy and rocky beaches where we can practice all water sports as well as have all meals at any of their Mediterranean restaurants. Do not forget their boulevards by the beaches where we can have an ice cream, walk, have a drink or relax under the sun or under the moon during the warm nights.
