The extensive outdoor terrace where the swimming pool is located has an outside shower, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. The BBQ area is at the side of the villa close to the outside eating terrace. The entrance from the road is by a double gate and there is plenty of space to park your cars.
LOCATION: the property is located in a quiet area of the Urbanisation Montemar, Benissa where you will enjoy the beautiful views over the valley towards the sea. It is close to the coast, its coves and beaches and the villages of Moraira and Calpe.
