El jardín es una maravilla, con espacios ditintos muy agradables, plantas y arboles que aportan frescor a cada rincón. La zona de la piscina ofrece la posibilidad de relajarse y la villa se sitúa en una zona muy tranquila. Esta villa fue añadida a nuestra selección de villas en junio de 2023 por lo que todavía no tiene testimonios de huéspedes. Por ello, queremos desde Abahana Villas indicarles algunos aspectos que hacen de esta villa una buena elección. ESTELA es una villa muy bonita. Tiene varias terrazas, y rincones al lado de la piscina o en el jardín. El entorno es muy bonito y ofrece mucha privacidad para los huéspedes. Es un lugar privilegiado, con mucha calma y que transmite mucha paz. Por nuestra parte como Agencia, le aseguramos que hacemos un exhaustivo control de calidad para que todo funcione a la perfección de manera que usted pueda disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en villa ESTELA.

The villa was very clean on our arrival and was ready for our use. The villa was very well maintained with the pool really clean and tidy. The staff at Abahama were fantastic and with every request came a quick response. I would highly recommend them.

Had a nice stay in the villa, with short distance to the city center, and not too far from the beach. The outside erea was a nice place for the whole family to hang out and use the pool.

Todo bien en general, habría que cambiar algunos utensilios de cocina, reformar los armarios pues son muy antiguos y las puertas. Por otro lado la hora de entrada a las 17 horas, es muy muy tarde, te hace perder un día de vacaciones y luego la salida es a las 19 horas, creo que habría que ajustar estas horas.

Die Villa war perfekt, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die modernste Einrichtung, der große Pool, der wunderschöne Vorgarten und natürlich der Service vom Abahana Villa Team machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Selbst bei einem Problem nachmittags am Sonntag gingen direkt die Mitarbeiter ans Telefon und schickten einen Mitarbeiter her der sich um das Problem gekümmert hat. Das wird nicht das letzte mal sein, dass wir auf dieser Seite buchen werden.

This Villa was perfect for a lovely family holiday. The views were spectacular, great location, Benissa is a lovely town with easy walking access to Calpe. Would love to rebook another trip!

We had a really lovely week in Villa Perla. We’ve been coming to Moraira for a few years now and love the town and area. The villa was pitched at a really good price and all the staff at the company were really helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The croissant delivery in the week was an especially nice touch. However in the hope of being helpful we do have a couple of minor pieces of feedback. The upstairs bathroom definitely needs checking as it did have a bad smell all week - a problem with the drainage we think. It would also be useful to have some more seating in the living room. Two sofas for a party of 12 was not sufficient and the seating underneath the windows are not very comfortable - something to consider. Other than that then we were really happy with the booking and will definitely use Abahana Villas again. Thank You James

Difficile de reconnaitre toutes les clés des portes , tout était mélangé. Les deux chauffe eau étaient débranchés. Problèmes avec un chat errant toujours présent.

La villa estaba perfecta. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Atención muy rápida y un gran menaje de cocinas y neveras. Como único pero es que la barbacoa no tira humo correctamente. Esperamos repetir.

Beautiful villa with sea views. Facilities good & location great. Although all on one level, there are steps up to the villa, which was not mentioned. This made it difficult for elderly guests.

The villa had lovely views of the sea, coastline and of Moraira. The villa itself had plenty of character and well equipped kitchen for self catering purposes....when not eating out of course!

todo excelente! único detalle y muy importante sin agua caliente día 1 hasta el medio día del dia2 . De resto todo excelente la atención del personal atentos en todo momento.
