LAY OUT: This beautiful villa of modern construction is decorated in a fresh and Mediterranean style and distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase.

The upper floor has three bright and cosy bedrooms, one with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, television, stationary bike and cardio training as well as access to a terrace from where you can see the sea; the other two bedrooms have single beds (one with TV). Important to mention is that all the bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters and mosquito nets. This same floor has a very spacious bathroom with bathtub and radiator for towels.

The main floor consists of a single diaphanous space in which various parts are differentiated; the hall leads to a comfortable and modern dining room with a window that leads out to the terrace which adds an extra space to the room. The kitchen, fully equipped with a large American fridge and furniture with plenty of storage. Annexed to it is a space designated for the washing machine and pantry. Finally, in this open space there is a large living room that invites to relax, which has a great sofa and wonderful views of the pool.

EXTERIOR: It is important to emphasize the beauty of the garden with tropical touches and a mixture of different autochthonous species as well as the different areas that it has to relax.

This villa has access through a sliding door to an open parking space for one vehicle.
