LAYOUT: The villa is built on 3 levels. On the main floor at pool level there is a large living room with TV, SAT (Sky) and a fireplace, beautiful dining room and reading room, fully equipped American kitchen, one double room with an ensuite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. All rooms on this floor have access to the terrace surrounding the pool, thanks to large panoramic windows, maximizing the spectacular overlooking views over the Mediterranean Sea. On this floor, there is also a garage, whose use is only as a pantry, and not to park cars. On the ground floor connected by a staircase both inside and out, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with TV-SAT (Sky) a dining area and an open plan kitchen. It also has laundry. The last double ensuite bedroom is accesed from the outdoor terrace on the lower level, beneath the pool.
