LAY OUT: The property is distributed over a two floor main house and an adjacent apartment. At the main house, the acces level has one double bedroom, one with two singles and a bathroom. On the ground floor, pool level, you have another three bedrooms ( two with twin beds and one with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. On this floor you have a comfortable and spacious living area and a massive fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace with pleanty of seating for the outdoor dinning, also on this main house a roof terrace with panoramic sea views. In the adjecent apartment there are three bedrooms (one double, one with twins and one with bunk bed), a bathroom and again a living area and kitchen.
EXTERIOR: The nice covered terrace by the kitchen where everybody can enjoy their meals together, BBQ, secured pool for the kids of the family, parking and garage. And can not forget to mention the beautiful views from the pool area.
LOCATION: In quiet residential area, just a few meters from the beach, the old town of Calpe and the small harbour of Basetes where you can enjoy any nautical activity. All in all an excellent spot to enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea, pristine beaches and of course the national park of Ifach in Calpe with all its activities.
