LAYOUT: This modern and recently built villa is decorated in a modern style. It is spread over three floors, connected by a large staircase. On the main floor, pool level, we have a bedroom (double bed) with an en suite shower room. At the entrance hall, we have a toilet. It has a large modern living room with white leather sofa and a chaise longue. The fully equipped American kitchen has an island with stools. From this room, we access to the outside terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower en suite). The master bedroom has a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, the town of Calpe and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. Downstairs is the garage. 

EXTERIOR: The villa has a magnificent landscaped garden with palm trees and trees that surround it. The large terrace has a nice pool surrounded by sun loungers and a modern outdoor sofa. It has a barbecue area with table and chairs protected by the porch of the terrace. We entered the plot through automatic sliding doors where we can park our cars and access the garage. 

LOCATION: Located on top of a hill on the famous village of Calpe. A 5min drive to all amenities and the beautiful sandy beaches. A magnificent and spectacular place to spend a vacation.
