АРЕНДА СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ВИЛЛЫ В КАЛЬПЕ (КОСТА-БЛАНКА) С ЧАСТНЫМ БАССЕЙНОМ INFINITY, ВМЕСТИМОСТЬ 10 ЧЕЛОВЕК.

 

ОПИСАНИЕ: Эта чудесная вилла с потрясающими видами на море и горы, построена в 2014 году. Ее площадь составляет 241 м2, распределенные между 3 этажами. Вход расположен на главном этаже, на уровне бассейна. Здесь находится просторное и светлое помещение, включающее гостиную-столовую и кухню-студию, оснащенную электробытовыми приборами высокого качества. В гостиной-столовой стоит удобный бежевый диван, телевизор с плоским экраном и стеклянный обеденный гарнитур на 6 человек. Из этого помещения через огромные застекленные двери можно выйти на открытую террасу, а также по деревянной лестнице подняться на верхний этаж. На этом этаже находится полный санузел с итальянским душем и две уютные спальни (одна с двумя односпальными кроватями и одна с двуспальной кроватью и ванной комнатой с ванной и итальянским душем). На самом верхнем этаже есть еще две спальни с двуспальными кроватями (в одной из них имеется выход на террасу) и ванная с итальянским душем. Наконец, имеются отдельные апартаменты (вход через уровень барбекю) со спальней с двуспальной кроватью, санузлом с душевым поддоном и просторной гостиной. Следует отметить, что на этой вилле в четырех спальнях и гостиной установлена система центрального кондиционирования воздуха, а в трех ванных - полы с подогревом.

 

НАРУЖНЫЕ ПРОСТРАНСТВА: Полностью огороженная территория площадью около 800 м2. Въезд осуществляется через раздвижные ворота, ведущие на крытую и открытую стоянку, где можно оставить машину. От стоянки по лестнице можно спуститься в зону барбекю. Прекрасный бассейн «инфинити» размером 8 х 4 находится на уровне нижнего этажа виллы, вокруг расположены лежаки и тент от солнца, а также стоит обеденный стол на 6 человек. На открытую террасу можно попасть через гостиную-столовую.

 

РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ: Вилла находится в известном микрорайоне Cometa III в Кальпе, всего в 2,5 километрах от сказочного Средиземного моря. В радиусе 2,5 километров есть все необходимые услуги: банкоматы, супермаркеты, бары и местные рестораны. Поблизости расположен чудесный пляж Ла-Фоса и очаровательные бухты, такие как Ла-Калета, с невероятно чистой водой.

“Séjour pour groupe très agréable sur les hauteurs de Calpe”Nous avons séjourné à la villa en avril, l'eau de la piscine était donc malheureusement un peu froide, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous y baigner :-) L'eau de la douche devient assez vite froide, heureusement qu'il fait bon dehors :-)Très chouette séjour à la Villa Aloe !Vue imprenable sur Calpe et son superbe rocher.Baie vitrée à ouvrir entièrement pour profiter encore plus du beau temps :-)Espaces de vie très agréable et coin barbecue incroyable !À noter : la cinquième chambre est accessible via l'escalier qui mène au barbecue. Grande chambre un peu plus isolée du groupe (pour les couples qui souhaitent avoir leur petit cocon)
