AWESOME VILLA FOR RENT ON BENISSA’S COAST (COSTA BLANCA), with private swimming pool, up to 8 + 1 people.

LAY OUT : The villa counts with two floors connected with an interior staircase. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The bedrooms are as follows : the first one with a single bed, the second with a bunk bed (1 + 1), the third with two single beds and the last one with double bed and en suite bathroom. Three of them with air conditioning, the one without air conditioning is the first bedroom with the single bed. There is an uncovered terrace with open views. On the main floor there is a fifth bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with fireplace and an access to the uncovered terrace. There is also a comfortable American kitchen with dining table.

EXTERIOR : A wonderful and closed plot with a well maintained garden full of trees and colours. We access the villa through a gate where we have space enough to park around 3 vehicles. There are various terraces with furniture, covered and uncovered, the perfect place to have a meal or relax. The barbecue area is on the pool’s level and it counts with a large dining table. To get to the pool there is a fence so this is absolutely safe if we travel with young children. There is also an area with a bar, some tools and a fridge.

LOCATION : This villa is at only 800m from the famous sandy beach of La Fustera, a great place where we will find restaurants and bars on the seafront. There is a supermarket at 750m from the villa.
