LAYOUT: This spacious and luminous villa is spread over three floors communicated by an internal and an external staircase. The upper floor we will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and finally a bathroom with bathtub. From this floor, one can access a solarium with impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of the “Peñon de Ifach”.
On the main floor, the one we access the villa through, there is a spacious and confortable lounge with fireplace, TV and DVD in order to perfectly relax; a luminous fully glazed dining room from which the views are incredible. There are also a fully eqquiped kitchen and 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with single beds and air conditioning), a bathroom with a bathtub and a WC.
Finally, on the swimming pool level, there is a small living room with a dining room, an american kitchen with an outside exit, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR : The plot of approximatly 900m2 has impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and of the valley of Benissa Coast.
The well looked after swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, palmtrees, a garden area and an outdoor stone dining room. Next to it, there is a covered terrace where is a dining room, an american bar and the BBQ area where one can prepare delicious meals and enjoy the summer evenings.
LOCATION: the property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, at the top of a hill with spectacular views. The villa is only a few minutes drive from the main villages such as Calpe, Moraira and Benissa Coast where one can eat at the sea side restaurants, sunbath on the large sandy beaches, practise water sports and visit the crystal clear bays.
