Steps, and a slope for disabled use, lead to the MAIN level (pool level). This comprises a large LIVING ROOM with dining area, fire place, comfortably furnished and Satellite TV; there is access to the front terrace. The large, fully equipped, air conditioned, KITCHEN is fitted with fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, and a central island with 2 cold draws, induction hob, sink and extractor fan and access to a secluded terrace at the rear. BEDROOM 1 is on this level and is ideal for the elderly or disabled person. It comprises a King-size bed, en-suite shower room with toilet and double basin, and walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the front SUNROOM designed for relaxation and taking in the views. There is also a STUDY with both hardwired internet access and WiFi. All public rooms on this floor are fitted with a twin input music system. A staircase leads to the TOP FLOOR which comprises BEDROOM 2, a twin bedded room (safe for children) and a BEDROOM 3, a large double bedroom with king-size bed and access to the top terrace. These 2 rooms share a family shower-room with toilet and basin. BEDROOM 4 the master suite, with king-sized bed, access to the top terrace, en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, toilet and basin and a walk-in wardrobe. All upstairs bedrooms have amazing rock, mountain, and sea views. All public rooms and bedrooms have air conditioning.
EXTERIOR: The grounds of some 850 M2 comprise matures gardens with shrubs and trees and a number of terraced areas. The shaded terrace by the kitchen provides an area of peace and tranquillity. There is a further covered and lit gazebo attached to the outside kitchen and BBQ which gives perfect shade for eating lazy meals. Finally, there is a covered area by the pool to provide shade after swimming. There is ample room for sunbathing around the pool and on the upstairs terrace. There is also an outside toilet and shower with H&C water. The pool has a water feature and a coloured changing light system.
LOCATION: The Villa is located in the very sought after area of Corralets. It is very peaceful and yet close to the Town with all its amenities. A five minute drive, or 25 minute walk by well marked footpath through olive and almond groves, from the sandy beaches of town. Pets are welcomed on demand. The villa is NON- SMOKING and has smoke detectors, but there are ample sitting areas outside.
