1. Find your ideal villa and pick the dates that suit you best
Once you have activated your Abahana Credit Voucher, consult our catalog of villas and their availabilities at www.abahanavillas.com. You can also contact our reservation team, who will be happy to help you plan your ideal stay for you and your loved ones.

 

2. Contact us to create your Booking with Credit Voucher
Once you have planned your stay, let our reservations team know so that they can take care of creating your Booking with Credit  Voucher, which you can modify as many times as you need before your voucher is officially exchanged.

3. Official exchange of your Abahana Credit Voucher and other payments
Taking into account the difficult situation caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19, the exchange of vouchers and any pending payment that may be generated by your Booking with Credit Voucher will not be required immediately, offering maximum flexibility to modify or even cancel said reservations without any penalty. Once we pass this storm and the sun rises again, Abahana will inform you in advance about the date when your voucher will be exchanged and what deadlines will have to be respected for any pending payments, allowing you to modify your booking or directly recover your Abahana Credit Voucher if necessary.

Terms of use of  Abahana’s Credit Voucher

- The voucher can be used in one or more stays with a departure date until December 31st 2021, and until its balance is exhausted.
- If the price of your new booking is higher than the balance of your Credit Voucher, the difference will have to be paid in the terms indicated by Abahana according to the chosen payment plan.
- If the price of your new booking is lower than the balance of your Credit Voucher, the difference will remain available in the voucher so that you can use it on another booking or by contracting extra services offered by Abahana Villas (Change of sheets and towels, cleaning of your villa during your stay, etc).
- Bookings with Credit Vouchers enjoy the same offers and discounts as a normal booking, except for the full payment discount.
